How we started

Owned and operated by Alucid Solutions, MyITRetrieval.com was born from our clients' challenges through the COVID-19 pandemic. From consolidated office space to new Work From Home policies, IT teams accelerated remote work technology adoption and began sending out their IT equipment all over the nation to homes of their workforce. As employees move on to other roles or new companies, getting this equipment back has become important from a data security and inventory management stance. Our goal is to help clients increase the likelihood they will see their laptops and accessories again, all while making it a great experience for their former employees.
